The Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA) is a provincial law that governs how public bodies in Manitoba handle access to information and protect personal privacy. With certain exceptions, you may see and obtain copies of records from the Manitoba Labour Board. To make a request for access to records, you must email mlb@gov.mb.ca with your request. For more information please see Province of Manitoba | Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.

If you are not satisfied with the Board's response to your FIPPA request, you can make a complaint to the Manitoba Ombudsman's Office: Manitoba Ombudsman.
